Do you accept insurance?
Yes we accept most insurance. We are in-network with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Neighborhood Health, United, Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Tricare and Husky
Do I need a referral?
It depends upon your insurance. Some plans do not require a referral. Our intake department can help figure that out.
How do I make an appointment?
You can email or call us. There is also a referral form for other healthcare providers to submit via fax.
What is a deductible?
Most insurance plans have a deductible. It is like the deductible on your car insurance. Patients are responsible for payments until the deductible is met. We will work with families who have large deductibles to gain access to our services.
Can we pay out of pocket for services?
Yes, we offer a discounted private pay rate.
Are sessions in person?
We offer in person sessions and telehealth sessions.
Are sessions individual or group?
Sessions submitted to insurance are provided individually 1:1
Do you offer any groups?
Yes we are hosting the Kidshine Bootcamp for ages 5-9 and we have a mommy and me class at select locations. Look for our Community Transition Group this Spring.
Are the groups just for kids with a diagnosis?
No, our groups are designed to meet the needs of typical children in addition to children who have a diagnosis
Do you contract with any school systems?
Yes, we have contracts with school systems and have experience providing IEP based services
