*United Healthcare, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Neighborhood Health, Tricare, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim and Unicare.

*United Healthcare is not accepted at our Rhode Island location

Please note:  client is responsible for payment until their deductible is met as well as co-payments or co-insurance thereafter.

If we do not take your insurance or you have a high deductible
we offer
AFFORDABLE private pay options  - if our rates are not the LOWEST in the area, we will MATCH them.
